IM SICK! Could I have strep throat and the flu? AT THE SAME TIME?!


Question: I have strep throat for sure....... as i get chronic strep throat and im familiar with the symotoms

however I also have additional symptoms like diarhea and stomache pains, muscle weakness and fatigue. Could these all be additional symptoms of strep or both strep and the flu at the same time?

Sound like you have a strain of the flu on top of the strep. I feel sorry for you!
