If my blood pressure is still high will that affect me taking the pill?!

Question: Im off to the doctors again today as my blood pressure was high last week, i suffer from bad migraine at the time of the month so was advised by last dr to take my pills through without a break and i haven't had one since then, but if my blood pressure remains high will he take me off the pill?

Im over 35, not overweight and an ex-smoker(3 yrs this year)

Im 24, non smoker and not overweight also. I can only take the progesterone only pill because I get bad migraines too. You shouldnt take the one with oestrogen if you get migraines or have high blood pressure as it can lead to strokes.
