Note the food you eat that causes it,avoid spicy food.eg chillies.

If its bad you may need to have it removed. Sadly creams and stuff like that is all you can get. Most times it does not work. Talk to your doctor about it.:)
you can get hemorrhoids three ways: birth, constipation, or diarrhea. there are a few ways to treat them. witch hazel on a cotton ball shoved up your butt, ointments/creams, or if they're big enough, you can have a doctor take care of it. either way, you should see a doctor about it. hemm's are just swollen blood vessels.
