How long does a period have to last to be considered?!
Question: a period?
Answers: a period?
There are no international treaties on the subject, although given the opportunity, God only knows what politicians would do.
Seriously, a period is a period. Although you and we are programmed to think of it as a "period of time", it is in fact simply the shedding of unused egg(s) and the endometrium (uterine lining) through the vagina. It's just a question of how long this generally takes to complete. And as you probably know because of the question you're asking, it can take varying amounts of time.

30 seconds a period is a period.......
a period can last a day and it is considerd a period. But when i was getting my period it lasted 7 days. some of my friends had 5 days and some had 3.
dont forget the possibility of "spotting", or "break-thru bleeding".
You might get a day mid-cycle, where you have some spotting, and it isnt really your period. you'll know it was just spotting when your period is a week or two later (if your regular that is).
