i had both my children natural and i am 5'4 110 pounds, not to be graphic, but in labor it will feel as if you are taking the worst bowl movement (#2) ever.
it hurts like hell.....
it hurts sooo much but when its over, you have something your gonna love forever
The best way I can describe it , is like shitting a refrigerator. It is very painful but its worth it.
