You can have sex that day BUT you better use a condom,or additional protection for about a month.:) The drug inhibats ovulation so you should be safe after 4 wks.

Theoretically, the progesterone has already taken over your cycle and there is no need to wait.

Why would you havta wait? I mean it's not stopping from being able to have sex it's stopping you from getting pregnant...CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG!!!
