because they are very very stupid, if you are not in a really long term relationship you should always get your partner to use protection, for your safety. you don't know who your partner has been with and a lot of STI infections don't have symptoms so it can be to late before you know you are infected, and do you think the person you have casual sex with is going to tell you they might have a disease,, don't think so, no condom -no sex...
