The blood flow is going to help push out any mucus (white discharge) that may have already been in there. Same when your period ends, the normal white/clear discharge you get will push out some old blood and you may spot after your period is over. The vagina is self-cleaning.
could be an infection miscarriage or just your period sometimes I have egg white discharge with my period.
it may just be a little bit of discharge

It is probably just a bit of mucous.
If you are sexually active, consider having doctor check everything out.
