You sound like you have estrogen dominance. Your body needs to have a balance between estrogen and progesterone, but most women don't! Estrogen dominance makes you feel depressed, bloated, lowers your sex drive and actually has a whole plethora of problems related to it. Progesterone counteracts ALL of that.

Hm, not sure. Have you seen a gyno? I bet it's a hormone thing. Hormones affect your sex drive big time - I always want it the most when I am ovulating and the least just before I start. I bet if you can find some sort of natural hormone balancer (I like evening primrose oil) it will help you. The other suggestion I would give you is to just do it anyways even if you don't feel like it. You will probably end up getting into it and having a great time! I know I always do!
