Do u take a vitamin or daily supplement?!


Question: if so what do u take? i have taken prenatal vitamins and they "backed me up" if u know what i mean and i dont care for the viactiv chocolate chews (the aftertaste isnt very good). i have the one a day weight smart ones but those gave me horrible stomach cramps :( im 22 years old and am doing weight watchers so im in good shape now. i heard flaxseed or vitamin E ones are good..i need something that will keep my energy up tho cuz i work 2 jobs, intern 2 days a week and take 15 credits at school so im a busy bee lol any suggestions?

I take B12 vitamin, it is good for your metabolism and gives you a boost in energy.

I take one a day for women. I get bad gas pains though so now I take maalox when I take my vitamin. I would keep excersing and make sure you get plenty of rest at night!! Get on a good sleeping schedule.

B vitamin complex for stress and energy is very good to take if you are very active.
