Well, you should see a doctor to help. If you don't want to tell your mom, then go to a clinic. Plus, if you are under 12 years old you certainly shouldn't be doing stuff like that, Hope I helped!

You need to get to a sexual health clinic and see some one. It is a confidential service and you do not have to give your name nor age or address but it may be wise to get a pack of condoms and go on the contraception pill to ensure any unplanned pregnancy or contract a std.
