It might have been better if you included your height & weight, I am going to to take a wild stab in the dark & guess you are underweight, or maybe you need a little salt in your diet.

I notice some have suggested to drink loads of water, this can actually CAUSE the problem as it can flush out sodium from your body, & it is sodium which helps you retain the fluid hence keeping your B.P. up.

Without more information it is difficult to help, but anyway, it is not normal to feel like this, so a trip to see a health professional is in order.

Same here maybe becuase we are growning?

It means that your not eating enough!

do you have high/low blood pressure. Dehydrated maybe? See a doctor

um its called a head rush
all the blood in your body went to your head
and when you stand up it falls back down
it happens to me all the time
i love it

try to exercise while having your belly full. No seriously go talk to your parents, it's nothing big trust me :_)

go the doctors?
dizzy spells can be dangerous
get checked out

I get that a lot to
the first reason you might be getting up to quickly so just take it a bit slower
you also might want to drink a lot of water too that always seems to help me.

you are probably dehydrated. this happens when there is a lack of fluids in the body. drink lots and lots of water.. if this doesnt help see a doctor

Are you eating properly? Seriously, at 13 a lot of teens eat a ton of fast food and it not only can deplete good stuff from your body but you gain nothing from it either. Otherwise, you could just be coming down with something.

I'd talk to your parents if I were you.

Lay off the refer

Make sure you are hydrated.

If you actually do black out, especially more than once, that is grounds to see a doctor.

That happens to me sometimes, when I sit for a long
period of time then get up I start to get dizzy and black
out while I'm standing up for a while, and when I am
laying in bed and I get up, the same thing happens.
I am 16 years old, but I don't know whats the problem
that causes it to happen either, lots of my friends have
had that happen to them as well. Try eating healthier,
drinking lots of water, and getting plenty of exercise,
it really does make a lot of difference.

try having a healthier diet, it helps alot. More fruits and more veggies.

If it doesn't go away, you might just want to get it checked out.

it maybe cuz you on the computer or tv alot.

im 13 and that happens to me ALOT. but it could be alot of things. like maybe u just stand up too fast lol. or maybe ur blood pressure and blood sugar are low. OR u could be having clasic migranes....idk how to speel it lol. but that is what i have, i will just get dizzy and i wont be able to see for afew seconds. its no biggy unless it happens for more thatn 30 minutes.

HOPE I HELPED!

:)

Yes any loss of consciousness is a bad thing. There are too many things to name that could be contributing to severe dizziness. You should see a doctor as soon as possible.

There is a lot of causes of dizziness, or vertigo as it is referred to in the medical world. You should see a doctor if you can. And the reason is because dizziness could be caused by almost anything.

Some causes of vertigo are, anemia, high blood pressure, equalibrium imbalance (equalibrium is the fluit between your ears), pregnancy, and a host of other things.

If you can't go to a doctor, my advice to you would be to go to one of the following websites and search for "vertigo".
http://www.nih.gov
and
http://www.about.com

The first one is a very helpful resource for medical information. If you don't understand what some of the words mean, go to:
http://www.dictionary.com
and copy and paste or type the word you don't understand into the search box and hit enter. The definition or definitions will then be displayed.

The second resource seems to be a good resource, and may be easier to understand, but the national institutes of health (NIH) is by far the best.

:) I hope that helps. Good luck with your dizziness.

i have the same problem
drink more water.
water is like a miracle drug.
its so good for you.

You may just need to take some vitamins. Just take you're time when standing up. I get that way when I'm near my period and if I don't eat properly.
