Have you ever had a reaction after shaving your legs?!

Question: I have spots from shaving on my legs.

Answers: I have spots from shaving on my legs.

it could be razor burn. try shaving towards the end of your shower so the warm water and air softens your skin up. then use one of those thick gels like Skintimate. And use a new razor blade and replace it when it gets dull. Good luck!!!

yes, if i used lotion or nothing at all.

i get them too sometimes---get new shaving cream or a new razor...i reccomend schick intuition(not plus)

yes u need some like lotions and other stuff

thats what i had to do and it went away in a few days

Could be razor burn. just irritation...try a hypo-allergnic lotion like eucerin.
If they're really blotchy, it could be the product you're shaving with...like the shaving cream or the soap. Try switching brands.

You need a higher-quality razor. Cheap razors are the biggest cause of this. Also, dry-shaving or not using a cream or soap of some sort will do this.

And in some areas, you're just super-sensitive, so it won't really matter what you do if you're prone to it, although they sell creams for that next to the waxing products at Wal-Mart.

How long have you been shaving. Get a better razor and don't push the razor down so hard. Shaving lightly gets smoother results and less irritation. Exfoliate before, moisturize after.

Razor burn. Your razor is dull or you aren't using shaving cream. I shaved my legs dry once. Bad idea. Don't worry, it'll go away, but it might itch. You can get that BikiniZone gel stuff that is supposed to help razor burn.

ya, and it means that your skin is pretty sensitive. switch shaving cream to something for sensitive skin.

I have... and it may be that your razor is dull or your skin is sensitive. Get a new razor and try using your conditioner, cetaphil cleanser or baby oil to shave instead of soap.

Try hair conditioner next time you shave and always use a new blade the spots should go away soon.
