I get other people's period pain?!
Question: I'm wondering if this happens to anyone else?
Whenever my mum, 2 sisters or best friend [that lives 300 miles away] are on their period, I get bad period pain/stomach cramps.
Is this a kinda weird psychic thing or what?
Its not just in my head because I don't even know who is on there period at which time until I get pains and then one of my sisters or my mum will say that I've got "sympathy period pains" lol...

I think it might be the the bond you have with your family and best friend. Sometimes that just happens. It's kinda ... I guess you could say.. it's kinda telekinetic. lol.. that sounds weird, though.
It's almost the same thing .. like when 2 women live in the same house.. they usually start having their period around the same time.
Not relaly i have something similiar to that... i can feel other peoples pain sometimes... like if they are crying or are depressed or nervous i dont know what that is...
haha yes it could be just a strange phenomenon, but if you are constantly getting period pains you should visit your doctor just to make sure it's not anything else serious like pmdd, or something else.
yes my twin sister are the same, one get the other pain.
they think is quite funny at times.
