Okay - What you are having are blood clots. Perfectly normal and can happen any time. Size ranges from dime size to a half a dollar, sometimes larger. Some months you can have them, some months you won't. The next time you see your doctor (annual physical) just tell her, so she can add it to your chart. It's no big deal, but it's always good to have a complete medical chart.

Well, assuming this is a real question, it sounds like you're clotting. I know that a little clotting is normal, but I'm not sure about full-on clotting--you should talk to a doctor about it if you can, or post your question on a separate board/website dedicated to menstruation.
Drink more water. You can have clots or just blood or both.
