Are my breasts growing? (14 yrs)?!

I'm 14 next month and have had my period since October. I'm currently a 36B, but not full. Sorry for the TMI, but my breasts are more like cone shaped. I have stretch marks if that matters, but sometimes my breast will hurt in one place and they're always tender, mostly to the side that's closest to my armpit.
Are they growing and how much more?
They are sore whether I'm on my period or not, so that doesn't matter.
but a lot of girls I know are already Cs, and my best friend is a 36/38C and i'm soo jealous of her already.
So what do you predict my size to be?
and they are just always tender, and sometimes hurt in like one spot.

Your only 14 so don't worry about it you have plenty of time left for your breast to grow. I am a small B..not so happy about it but i manage lol. Breast growth is determine by heredity.
