Ok.. now for the question.
Today, I thought I got my period, because I felt really really wet down there. But, when I checked it was just alot of discharge. Like in the middle of the underwear it was like dark white, and then on the outsides of that was clear (really clear) and it soaked right though my underwear! Is this normal? Oh and it kinda smells like vinegar? (like a light vinegar) My period isn't due to like another 2 weeks! (that would only be my 3rd period, ever!) Oh and if it matters any, I am almost 14, 80 pounds and 5 foot and had my period since Dec. 9th, 2007

Yep, it's normal.
Don't listen to that idiot swearing. You are not fat at all. In fact you are underweight. Whoever is 74pounds needs to gain some weight and quit looking like skin and bones.
Yes, totally normal, it happens about 5 days before your period , and 2 years from your first period, it will be abnormal whch means you might skip a month or a few, and it will come messed up. Dont worry!
Hell no, i know alot of people lighter than you... heck, i think you need to loose weight and stop lying..it's not good 4 ur health...
