My period is a little strange this month....?!
Question: My periods are very regular and predictable. This month it started on time and everything seemed fine...except I had bad cramps the first 3 days which I don't normally. Mine usually last 5 days. Well, this month I stopped bleeding after 4 and expected maybe some spotting on the 5th. Nothing on the fifth but the sixth I was spotting and had some dull cramps and still cramps today (the seventh day). What's up with this???

did you do alot of exersizing rcently?sometimes that puts things out of wack.
