Should i have my period yet? (im 11)?!
Question: im 11 and i have had my discharge for nearly 3 years and i dont know should i have my period yet? yesterday i had really bad cramps in my stomach and lower stomach and heavy dicharge i have a bit of a cramp now. but i still dont have my period. do i have a problem or something or is these cramps a sign i should get it soon?

i'm 23. i was 9 when i started my period. (shocking i know! i was in the 4th grade) i went through the same thing you are going through and had a white discharge every now and then which is totally normal. the average age a girl will get her first period, or menarche, is 12, so you should be getting it soon.
if you're experiencing cramping, the best thing to do is to take a pain reliever and put a heating pad or warm, damp cloth over your abdomen. also, it's said that exercise helps relieve cramps.

Don't worry too much about when you're going to get your period. It will happen when your body is ready. However, cramps can be a good sign that your period is on its way.
You might get it in the next 2 weeks (if that was ovulation you felt) and having pms now.
p.s. i got mine when i was almost 15.
