How can i get my mom to put me on birth control?!

Question: i am 14, yes i know i am young to be wanting sex, but me and my bf have been talking about it for a while now, and i already asked my mom for birth control and she said no, but i really think i should get it, cuase you never know what could happen.
you dont plan that kind of stuff and if it does come around i dont want to use a condom, but i wont have any other choice except for not to do it, and i want to but i dont want to be pregnant.
should i just tell her 'well would you want me to do it without birth control?'

i did that but she said no you better not, but i will! i could see my self now, ill want to do it, and i wont be thinkin about the consequences at the moment, ill make sure he puts the condom on right, but sill thats only 99.5% effective.

i know i wont regret this, but my mom thinks i will.
i dont know what to do.

please help!

:(

Listen to your mom at this point. Having sex at 14 is a very very bad idea under any circumstances. There are countless girls out there every year that get pregnant while they are using condoms or birth control because these do fail sometimes. You really have to honestly ask yourself if you are totally ready to be a mother - and I have a feeling that at 14 the honest answer to that is no.

If your boyfriend is pressuring you to have sex, you need to tell him that you're not ready for that yet. It doesn't matter if you already said you were. It is better to change your mind than to make a really terrible mistake.

Another thing to think about here is that the percentage of people who end up staying with the person they are dating at 14 for any great length of time is probably about 1%, and high school boys are notorious for telling all their friends that they had sex with you if you break up. Would you really want all your friends, and potentially family members, finding out that you were having sex at 14?

I'm really not trying to lecture you or be judgmental, but I think you really need to take a step back and think this thing through a bit more.

just ask her if she is too young to be a grandma

try going to planned parenthood. they should give you some and they won't tell your mom, but there may be an age limit, I'm not exactly sure

Don't DO IT! If he cares for you he WON'T want to do it to ruin your life. Then, by the time you are 21 y/o you will need a vaginal rejuvenilereconstruction operation.

i honestly would not do it at your age but im not you sooo tell her that you have had really bad cramps and that your period has been really irregular and bring up the fact that birth control may help regulate that. just an idea

you don't need her permission to get birth control, go to some place like plan parenthood and get them for free.
Or you could try telling you mom your periods are really bad and that birthcontrol pills can make them ss bad.

Have a talk with your mom tell her what u are feeling. Ask ? like what she would have done. Try to think like your mom. Maybe she still sees u as her little girl. Try and tell her ur not a little girl anymore (I really don't know)

um, ever thought of who in their right mind id going to DRIVE a 14 year old to the nearest ABORTION MILL ASSOCIATE aka planned parenthood. Look, sex is overrated. trust me, you'll wish you waited. Birth control is a hassle, and it's ALL not worth it. You'll regret it big time when you guys break up, or even the next day. When you find the guy you want to spend the rest of your life with, sex won't be special anymore. and you'll hate yourself.

your safe in the week before your period

Condoms have problems, but you can buy them anywhere and without a doctor. Also, they're the only thing that blocks STDs.

Buy some for yourself so you'll have them. Practice on a candle or banana or some such, so you can put it on him. If you're going to have sex, don't be dumb. Take care of yourself.

PS: There is no truly safe time of month. Risk of pregnancy goes up and down with your cycle, but never goes to zero. And the chance of STDs is always there.
