Well, Merry Christmas to you! LOL!

Welcome to womanhood. You are not any different from anybody else. If you lack proper nutrition, you will get flu-like symptoms before your period. Since your period is regular, you have an advantage. a week before your period, you need to eat more high-iron protein, green leafy vegetables (high in folic acid) and drink WAY more water. This should help you out a lot. Also, consider asking your mother about vitamins. Have your mom take you to a vitamin store and ask the clerk about some good vitamins to reduce PMS symptoms.

Christmas day woah lol lucky you haha, maybe just get some vix and hot hotney and lemon and face wipes before hand to prepare.
