I wouldn't when a yeast infection is considered an std. If something happens to the condom during intercourse it could be spread to you.

Now women and men can get it on their own, but it can also be spread sexually. You can get one and you also can get an infection in your mouth if it comes into contact with her vagina.

Aside from that, it will only irritate her and she could possibly bleed. The vagina is inflamed and easily irritated at this point. I would wait.

I would wait until it goes away because you can get the infection too.

you can get a yeast infection, but it is painful for you and her because the natural lubricant isn't there while she has a yeast infection, besides can't you wait the max of 7 days?

You could contract the yeast infection from her & it may not cause YOU problems but you could continue to pass it back to her if you are not treated. Tell her to treat it first. If she gets repetitive infections, then you may be the culprit & would need a Rx which may be as simple as a 1 dose pill.

Generally speaking, a yeast infection is not sexually transmitted, however it is still possible for you to get it. If you are using condoms it's not liekly that you would catch it from her. Most of all I would be concerned that it is uncomfortable or painful for her if she has a yeast infection, having sex might just agitate her vagina more, meaning she could and up with the infection lasting longer. Usually if you read the packet of thrush treatments it states on there that you can still have sex, however, the treatment cream can make condoms weaker and more prone to breakage.
