Why do women get wet when aroused?!

Question: What exactly is that wetness and where does it come from? Why is it that some women get more wet than others? I'm looking for more in depth answers than "p_ssy juice, or c_m" please.

Vaginal lubrication is provided by the Bartholin's glands near the vaginal opening and the cervix.

The membrane of the vaginal wall also produces moisture, although it does not contain any glands. This is referred to as mucus.... the vagina is self-cleaning.

Before and during ovulation, the cervix produces cervical mucus, which provides a favorable environment for sperm to survive. It's also natural lube for sexual intercourse.

Every girl is different so discharge (mucus) is effected by water intake, diet - how well her body functions at getting rid of 'stuff' from her vagina, just like her lungs and nose.

Secretion of fluid by the glands that are found in the cervix (neck) of the uterus moistens and lubricates the vagina, preparing it for intercourse.

It's the body producing a natural lubricant to help things go smoothly if intercourse happens. The vagina has some mucous membranes lining it, and it comes from there.

Women get wet when aroused so they can have a penis go in their vagina comfortably. The pistons on your car are lubricated... and this is pretty much the exact same deal:)

The fluid comes from the walls of the vagina and from the Bartholin's glands near the entrance to the vagina. It's basically mucus, and is similar to male pre-ejaculate. The amount of wetness depends on a lot of things... high estrogen levels tend to produce more copious lubrication, but the hydration levels and diet of the woman in question also have an impact.

The wetness is a mucus that lubricates the vagina, and gets it ready for the penis. If a woman didn't get wet, it would be really uncomfortable for the both of you.

Men 'get wet' as well, in case you didn't know. When a man is aroused, he too secretes a mucus similar to the woman's.

All women are different from each other, and that's why they lubricate differently.

Just like us men get erections to be ready for sex, a woman secretes fluid to help her lube up for sex also...A natural thing....
