My vagina hurts and itchs after sex?!

Question: OK, so i recently lost my viginity aboout two weeks ago. To my boyfriend. Who was not a virgin, BUT he's ben checked, and only has sex with his ex-girlfriend two years ago. Everytime we have sex, it hurts a litte bit after wards. But then the next day i feel sore, and realllllyyy really itchy. It doesnt really burn to pee. Like the pee coming out doesnt hurt. It's the actual vagina hole, its very raw. I think its because my boyfriend is so big. He's 8 1/2 and 2 inches wide. I just need to know why i hurt and itch.... oh and im almost 18. is there anything over teh counter i can use? thanks so much you guys!

Wow, congrats! Sounds like you've got yourself quite a man! Since you've only been having sex for a little while, you're still adjusting. Even after you've been doing it for a while, you might still be uncomfortable after sex. To help this, don't have sex too much in one night, give yourself a break to let your body heal. To help the itching, get some Vagisil wipes from a drugstore--I use them all the time for this problem. The main thing to remember is to never do anything that makes you uncomfortable, and you should always tell your boyfriend if your body just needs a break for a few days. If things get too bad, see a doctor or a gynocologist.

put vitamin e in your vagina after sex and when you sleep. you might also look into get some ky so it is more lubricated. when you skin itches that means it is healing.

Your virgina isn't used to it yet. Give it a few more times, it will stop.

Use more lubricant. Also, you may be allergic to the latex in the condoms he uses. Ask him to try a different brand. Um - you two ARE using condoms, aren't you? Even if he's "checked out" as being "clean"?

If you are using condoms it could be that you are a bit allergic to the latex.

you just started having sex so your vaginal muscles haven't really stretched ... also if you are using condoms with spermicide in them you may be itchy from an allergic reaction to the nonoxynol 9 - if it persists then go to the dr

Your still getting used to sex because its the first time you have had anything in your vagina but always use a good lubricant during sex that can save you a world of trouble because when you cut down on the friction there is less pain and less pain also means less raw skin and less itching. and for the itching vagisil wipes are a good product for the itching and for lubricant K-y makes some good products, the bottled K-Y is more the kind you want to use as opposed to the tube kind and Astroglide is an excellent lubricant also

make sure the next time you use some lube if he is that big and you've just been broken in. You're probably still nervous about it hurting so you may not be wet enough for intercourse. Make sure he is getting you excited enough before he enters you. Have him use his fingers (lubed too) to help stretch you out. You are probably just using your vagina too much now and it hurts and the stretching out itches, it will go away soon. If it doesn't (and you have been using some astroglide or ky as a sex lube) stop hurting and itching soon (week or two) then see a doctor. In the meantime use some vagisil for the itch and irritation.

try some vagisal.

Those measurements are exaggerated and not real.
