Why am I so tired all the time???!

Question: I'm tired all the time! I'm not pregnant, I had thyroid levels checked about a year ago and they were all normal. I've been eating healthier and getting better sleep, why am I still so tired?? I also take iron suppliments once a day.

No or not enough exercise?

Tis the problem I have. Which also results in bad circulation.

Iron supplements will not give you energy. infact they will not help at all unless you iron levels have been tested and show you are deficient. most people are not unless they have an underlying disease.
Most of us are tired because we are not getting the proper nutrition we need. you might eat healthy but that doesn't mean you are getting good nutrition.

Get the book "the Metabolic Plan" by Stephen Cherniske and look at your diet.
He also created a line of suppliments that have scientific proof they work to increase vital energy.

Even though at first you will hurt and not want to do it, exercise will give you energy...do you get regular real exercise?

How's your sugar level?

Do you eat breakfast? 3 meals & 2 snacks a day?

Get in 6 glasses of water? (or 3 water bottles)?

Have you been feeling depressed?

Has it been crappy weather, gloomy, rain/snow?

All can be a factor.
