Try using a heat pack, and some pain medication. if it continues you might want to take a HPT.
Try taking a very hot bath.
Take some painreliever n wait.

go to the doctors...it sounds like this thing i forgot the exact name of it but its when you get cysts on your ovaries ..it causes missed periods and HORRIBLE cramps...and most of the time woman with it are overweight...and their hair falls out....and they might grow facial hair...and have acne...so if you have any of those signs to i would def say you have that...get checked...
you could have an infection or you colud be pregnent. sometimes in the early trimester of a pregancy some people get bad cramps and if they dont see a doctor they end up having a miscarriage.
Go see a gynocologist fast
