I'm having cramps but I'm not menstruating?!
Question: I've been having mild cramps for the past 24 hours or so but I'm not sure if it is a sign that I'm going to start my period soon. I know I'm not pregnant. I believe once before I had cramps a day or so before my period started but I've also had cramps when my period wasn't about to start ( those cramps only lasted a few hours at the most). Is this normal?

It could be pms cramps. My most recent period I had cramps for 3 days before I actually started. If not, have you possibly taken in more fiber than usual? It could be intestinal cramping.

Your about to start. Cramping is normal during pms.
i get cramps as far as a week before my period.. it's completely normal!
