BV Questions?!
Question: I had BV about 3 months ago...I had it for at least 7 months. I had went to Planned Parenthood all those times and they told me they couldnt figure it out or at least 3 times told me i had a yeast infection. Finally I went to an actual Gyno and he immediantly diagnosed me with BV. It had gotten so bad my pelvic was swollen. He couldnt figure out why they couldnt see what it was.
Anyways, I have been trying my best to not get it back (didnt know how i got it to begin with). Wearing cotton under wear, so on so fourth. But, I'm 99% sure I have it again. I can only afford to go back to the clinic. What can I do to make sure they diagnoss me correctly and give me the right medicine? I dont want to go through this all over again. Also, anyone else have this problem with recurrent BV? What can help? Its not like im dirty or anything.

Hi... I just had my cervix cauterized because of HPV about 1 month ago. I went back for my check-up three weeks after, I knew there was something wrong because the discharge I had was smelly and the color was not right. Well the gyno told me I had BV, this was two weeks ago. I got treated with Clindesse, he told me to insert the cream into my vagina and to go back in two weeks because BV was a stubborn bacteria, well neat less to say I have to go back tomorrow for my two week check up and I noticed yesterday that I had discharge, today the discharge was smelly and looked milky, so he will prob give me the same medication or maybe stronger.
