Hmmm.... I'm wondering if you already have existing tinnitus and if your menstruation cycle aggravates it. And I also have read that some women said that they get tinnitus when the are on the period it is a very rare ...

This doesn't sound normal, If I were you I would go get checked my a midwife and make sure that everything is going okay with ur body

you are probably retaining water, just take some water pills, and if your not on the pill you might consider going on it for pain and to get regular
you should get checked out by medical dr. not your ob

I have heard that the pregnancy and giving birth can take a lot out of your body, and that your body can be drained of nutrients, so you should get them to give you a blood test to check on your iron levels and that kind of thing. I know that having low iron levels can make you tires, dizzy and things like that. It doesn't sound like this is normal so I think you should go back to the doctor and have them give you a thorough check up. Also try to make sure you're having a nutritious diet with lots of fruit and vegetables to keep your energy levels up.
