Help me? CMON?!


Question: im 83 punds yes i know im skinny but im 14 and i want to be 95 pounds... what foods or stuff orr something i need to eat.
btw i eat a lot but im still 83? HELP?

NO JUNK!
Eat meat.
Get your daily dairy products.
Eat fruits and vegetables.
Make sure these are in 3 square meals a day.
Don't skip meals.
Also, try and build muscle, maybe you can do sit ups at home or go running.

start eating at night, seriously you'll notice a different in a week.

well even if your 83 pounds and 14 years old, you shouldn't care how much you way. eventually you'll start growing, but just wait. If you try to eat alot of junk food, when your older you will get huge and will hate it. If you eat all of the gross and greasy food alot just to gain weight you will get zits and get fat. you don't want that. just be happy the way you are for now, you'll grow eventually. i have a friend that is almost 13 and is only 63 pounds, but she knows she will grow and is happy the way she is for now.

My co-worker's daughter is 11 and under weight. Their doctor recommended a weight gain supplement drink for her. I don't know which one it was but there are different kinds that work specifically for the desired results. In her case, her doctor was concerned about her sports activities and so she drinks one that has a low-lactate formula. Check with your doctor. I think you'll be happy to get the correct formula.

Believe me hunni, once you put on weight, your going to try to shed it. Just be happy in the body your in, im sure you look fine the way you are. plus your only 14, so what you do to your body now is very important for your development. Dont eat loads of junk food just to gain weight. Eat healthy foods and the weight will slowly be gained if its meant to be. Some people just have faster working metabolisms which mean they use up the energy they get from the foods they eat faster. However, if you really want to put on weight or have some curves, go to a doctor or dietician, as professional help is always the best way to go. Good luck

When I was young I was really skinny too and I hated it. I tried those milk shakes that body builders use but they just made me feel sick. I went to my GP and he put me on a drug called Periactin. I did put on a couple of stones but I kept fainting. This was nearly 30 years ago so I don't whether the drug is still in use. You could ask your doctor.

I do sympathise with you but I know a couple of young girls now who hate the fact that they are skinny but I think they look fine. Try to eat a healthy balanced diet and take regular exercise to build muscle.
