Does anyone else ever feel this way: Depression after removing pants or underwea!

Question: I don't know why, but I sometimes feel a terrible wave of depression and loneliness right after pulling my pants/underwear down in the bathroom. For no reason, really. The lonely/empty feeling is so strong that sometimes I need to have a friend hold me for a while after a bathroom trip. I don't understand it at all - there seems to be no reason for this, and I have never been sexually abused in the past, so that's not a factor. Has anyone else ever felt this way? Does anyone have a possible explanation for this feeling??

Well, here's another thing you might want to try if you really want to see the source...

try just going into the bathroom when you don't have to go and sit on the toilet. See if you get the same feeling. It could be the silence and solitude of your bathroom that makes you sad, just you only realize it by the time you go to the bathroom.

But if you are having this visceral response to looking at your genitals, my amateur opinion is that you may sort of blame your vagina for your loneliness. In which case I would say you should embrace your womanhood and so-called loneliness.

Maybe it is self esteem related? I get that feeling, but when putting pants on :)

Your all alone in a place with the door closed and u feel isolated trapped from people perhaps.. U feel lonely and empty and scared...
