Very sick before my PERIOD?!?!
Question: I'm always feeling very nauseated before my period..
I feel like I'm going to throw up, or like I have the flu.
Why is this?
Is it normal?
Will birth control help it?
I get chills, or feel hotter than most, have diarhea, constipation, sore abdominal pain/ sore lower tummy.
Has anybody else had this before?!
I've also had fatigue, but trouble sleeping, headaches?

It is normal for some women. ive had the same thing too.....I did throw up this past month, my period made me so sick....but i have cyst on my ovaries....I know they can cause period symptoms to be extremely bad. I would get your Dr. to put you on birth control to help you out. Get a heating pad to put on your stomach while on it to help ease the pain. Colace is good to take for constipation too( its over the counter, you can buy it at walgreens or various other pharmacies), because you def dont want to be constipated and on your period.....double the pain.
Oh I have all the same things. Everything you say. It is very normal, you can go to your doctor and they can probably get you something.
I used to experience the same thing, so its not abnormal-just fluctuating hormones. Try some Tylenol, or Midol, heating pad on your tummy.
