Im scared confused and innocent!!!?!
Question: ok this is a personal question and the whole situation really scared me. this past summer when i was 13 i had herpes. ok dont get too scared yet. my grandfather, a doctor, was the one who told me when he saw it and heard the symptoms (really awkward). anyway, at the time my mom hadnt even given me the talk(idk why) so i didnt even know how you got it. after i had gotten better she told me and it really freaked me out. i know for sure that i didnt have sex and never would. when the doctor took a sample of it, the results of it being herpes came in negative, but it was tested a couple days after she took the sample. im really freaked out about the whole thing cuz i never did "it" and i wouldnt have let anyone do it to me and also i would have no one to do it with. i didnt have a bf or anything and its not the type of thing that can happen in your sleep. could i have been molested when i was younger or is there another disease with the same symtoms but spread a different way? please help

Herpes can only be diagnosed with a test...and after the test is taken, it is ok if it sits a while before being ran. If you tested negative for herpes, YOU DONT HAVE HERPES. You may have had another infection (bacterial) that looked like herpes...but if the test was negative, DONT WORRY!
It's okay. Stop hallucinating. I'm no doctor, but still, I know at times like this it's much better to STAY CALM!!!! Okay, you have herpes. You'll be fine, so stay calm and stay positive.
cold sores are a strain of herpes, so it could have been some simple airborne disease like that, kinda like catching a cold, nothing sexual. so dont worry. :)
Ask your Mother to take you to her OB/GYN and get this whole thing straightened out. This is nothing to guess at. If you have not been sexually active and have not been sexually abused, then you do not /could not have Herpes. As to what else it could be...that's where the Doctor comes in! Good luck! KJL
Do not get carried away with your imagination. Althought not impossible it is not likely that you were molested when you were sleeping Tell your mom what you are worried about and have her get you an appointment with a doctor, You have done nothing wrong.
