Is it a good idea to drink milk when you have heat stroke?!

Well, if you had a heat stroke, you would not be able to drink 8 glasses of anythin, let alone milk. You might have been sick from the heat. A heat stroke is an emergency, people go to the ER, people die of them. that's why they call it a stroke.
