Hmmmmnnnnnnn, there's alot of stuff here. First thing is you and your sister should really not be sharing a room--for ANY reason--at this age. It's just not appropriate. You have way more knowledge of her and her activities than any brother, or any male or any person really should, and mentally, it's just not a really healthy situation for you or for her. hey okay so i think that you should tell your parents about your sister masturbating. when i was 11 i had a hard time because my brother was older and was always looking out for me and when he told my parents about me flirting with other boys it was only to protect me from what those boys soon did to another 11 year old so i also think that you should tell your parents about her letting boys hold her and kiss her. at first she isn't going to understand why you told on her but in the end she will realize it was for her own good and you were just tryin to protect her from getting hurt.
