What do you think is better to take the brith controll pills or the [depo]?!
Question: It depends on the person and their personal situation, and whether or not their body will accept the formulation of the shot.
As well, it has recently been noted by the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology that the shot should only be used for 2-1/2 to 3 years at a time, then a break must be taken.
I have used both, and I loved the shot....I had none of the problems that some women complain about. But according to the medical community recommendations I've switched off & on accordingly. I like the pill too, especially the fact that I can manipulate my cycle if I need to, to avoid a period (vacation for example). You don't get that option with the shot...although in some cases you don't have a period very often at all. But you cannot depend on not getting your period like you can with the pill.

Neither; both are unnatural and dangerous.
Just Get Pregnant and have a baby!

DO NOT take depo provera, a majority of women on the shot suffer serious health issues.
I prefer the pill.
I've used both, and I'm never going to depo again.

for me it was the pill only because the shot made me mean and i gained alot of weight with it and it didnt really help with cramps like the pill does.
