Question: I had my period the 28th of december the the 22nd of january it was brown spotting for a few days and stopped and then 10 days later i start spotting again and then it turnes into regualar period with a sharp pain in my lower left side? help

I think you should go to your doctor. Very soon. Not to worry you even more.
Is there a chance that you could be pregnant?
If so, there is something that a friend of mine had called an ectopic pregnancy where the egg doesn't make it down into the womb and gets stuck in the phallopian tube.
If you there is absolutely no chance that you are pregnant I would still visit your family doctor to discuss this.
When your body goes through a change.. (like the flu) your period will go wacky... normakl
see your doctor there could be something else going on there.
umm..sounds like a kidney infection. blood in your pee, fever, nausea, vomiting, sharp pain in abdomen (where your kidney's are) go to the doctor
it could also be an ovarian cyst, or possibly an ectopic pregnancy- all can have the same side effects- but please go to the doctor!
it also helps to drink cranberry juice, and more water
