the padded bra is certainly the way to go, but i say, if you get a bit turned on about the embarrasment when your nipples stand up, you may want to just keep doing what your doing.
honestly, there's no doubt that its a huge turn on for some guys, so if you are looking to get a guy to notice you, that is a sure-fire way!
If it embarrasses you, go ahead and wear a lined/slightly padded bra. It's what I do so when I'm cold the entire world doesn't know.

The best solution is to wear a thick padded bra, to hide the nipples, or a nipple sticker to keep it down (not sure how well that would work though).
it is normal yes. not being rude or implying but u may be a little hornier than other girls. this just means that you gte turned on easier than other girls.
The best way to hide is wear a pdded bra. those things can hide ANTHING
