Life of the sperms is 24 hrs. He has ejaculated on hand, but the hands are washed but not super well. Okay, u have simply touched the vagina for cleaning the superficial part and not the internal passage. Leaving the sperms in the vaginal passage alone will serve no purpose...the sperms have to travel through the fallopian tube. In absence of the travelling media, there r no chances of fertilisation. U need not worry.
