Question: say a patient has been going to the same doctor for about 15 years, and the doctor has put the patient on medications for high blood presure and epilepsy, is it against the law for him to not give her that medication after he has had her on it for 15 years, do to a conflict between them?

if the medication has fatal interactions, yes. if the doctor has just found out that the mixing of said meds can cause worse effects then the high blood pressure and epilepsy, yes. my doctor took me off my epy meds when i was put on anti-depressants, because of potentialy fatal interactions.
