she would have major problems. when a body recognizes a foreign substance in the blood it produces antibodies aganist them, she will probably get sick and get a temperature because the body it treaty the sperm just like a virus

Um. Since it is so foreign to veins, she would suffer complications...that's for sure. I'm not sure what they would be though.
It would probably kill her. The semen would be like a blood clot causing things like heart attack, stroke, pulmonary embolus.
