ok, so it's not just me then. I get narcaleptic and eat like I have a tape worm when I get my period. I think it is just a hormone thing....it's fun being a girl.

that is normal! I have always been like that with my PMS. Me being a nonstop eater is a sign for me I will get my period in a day or 2.

This can be related to the rise in hormones at that time (I used to get hungry for certain things during my period like chocolate) but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they think could be going on to see if something like a hormone imbalance (giving an example only) could be causing this.

completely normal

I know i am a guy but my mom... yea... she gets really cranky while on her period she ussually has a craving of peanuts and chocolate (everyone is different) I would not be worried about the craving's and crankiness but I would talk to ur doctor about the puffiness in the face and body. please dont email me back this is somethingyou need to folo up with ur doctor.

That happens sometimes. As you get older, your period changes, so maybe this is new. I usually feel more tired and crave more junk foods on my period.

The puffiness is called bloating. That can happen on your period too.

Its nothing to worry about, and luckily only lasts a few days!
