First of all, you need to relax a bit... Stress of this sort is hard on you... next, until you know you ARE NOT, act and treat yourself as if you are... no alchohol, no drugs, no sky diving... just kidding on the sky diving.!!
Third, do find a good OB and have a good thorough check up. In my experience 7 wks is too soon to feel life, but that is only my experience. I cannot answer all your questions or tell you that you are definitely pregnant, but it sounds to me as if you probly are... I hope this is the joyful, miraculous event that it should be... You and your family will be in my prayers.

I would definatley see a different doctor.
Skipping a period could mean many things.
Pregnancy is only one of them.

Get a doctor who realizes they should not put you on the back burner and your worried, they should try and comfort you and help you figure out whats going on with your body.

Good luck.

you could be like one of my older sisters. the dr kept saying that she was not preggers since the urin tests all said no, but she was. it was not until the third blood test that the hcg levels were "pregnant" levels, with the ultrasound she was 4 mos along. rarely it happens where the body tries to hide the pregnancy. then again, you could be wanting a pregnancy enough to cause a (horrible name i know) hysterical pregnancy, where the mind fools the body into thinking it is with baby, until the body can do no more to look/act pregnant. unfortunatly that is more common then what happened to my sister.

Hmm some of your symptoms COULD be pregnancy, but then again, they could be a whole lotta other things. An at home test BY NOW should be 99% accurate if carried out properly, so if you do one and it says negative, you can pretty much assume its true. The tickling in the tummy wouldnt be a baby moving or growing if thats what you're assuming, as its too small for the mother to feel, mothers-to-be generally can feel the baby move around the 18th week of pregnancy, and other people can feel it around the 24th week.

You do need to see another Dr, because its been 10 weeks since you're last period, they will DEFINATLY be able to tell you yes/no. Then they can work on whats going on to be causing these symptoms if the test is negative.
Goodluck with which ever occours!!

Well, you might be pregnant, you might not be. I'm not sure if you are saying that your serum pregnancy test revealed HCG or not. However, if there were any HCG detected, it would mean a conception and implantation happened. I hate to write the rest of this, because if there were HCG detected, and your doctor did not confirm a pregnancy, what she could be looking at is a barely detectable level that is not consistent with dates. That could mean that either you are not quite as far along as you think, or this is a conception that isn't going to suceed. The reason for waiting another two weeks is to see if there is an increase in the levels. HCG levels roughly double every 3 days or so, up until about 12 weeks, and then level out. If you don't see the levels climb, what you have is a miss. Lots of things can happen in those first weeks, unfortunately, things you can't do anything about, but that mean a pregnancy can't continue. In that case, nature will take her course. If they confirm that you are pregnant, and that happens, you will feel devastated. That may be what your doctor suspects, and doesn't want to say. The symptoms you are listing, quite honestly, are probably more subjective. Even if you are pregnant, it's just way too early for you to have felt any kind of movement at all. The baby would barely be big enough to spot, and the uterus would not really have enlarged much at all. You can certainly change doctors, of course, but at this point I think you would do a lot better to remain calm and wait those two weeks for a retest. Periods can be delayed for a multitude of reasons, and the hormonal upset could be responsible for many of the things you are noticing as well. It won't hurt anything to take sensible precautions as if you were pregnant, but it also will be sensible to hold off spreading the news in case things don't turn out the way you would like. I know, I'm like a wet blanket with this. Unfortunately in my line of work, I've seen things go both ways. It's wonderful to discover a pregnancy practically from day 1, but devastating to make all the mental changes and discover the ugly truth that there are more beginnings than endings. I just want to inject a word of caution so you don't end up devastated and beating yourself up. Beginnings are delicate times, best handled carefully and with a bit of caution. So wait the two weeks, and see a new doctor if you like. If you are truly pregnant, believe me- it will make itself obvious before too long, and you won't get caught by surprise labor.

Sounds like you have a ot of symtpoms of being prego. Or it can all be pyschological to make you seem prego. Usually prego test at home are pretty accurate. I took one when i was prego and that's all the doc needed to know. I didn't know till i was bout 3 months along but i had some of the same symptoms that u have right now. Boobs hurting usually is a good sign and your nose. Certain smells really bothered me as well. urinating often is a good indicator too. My money's on that you are pregnant. idk if you wanted to be or not but good luck either way. The sooner you know for sure the better to know what you're gonna do. Good luck
