Sounds like hidradenitis. Get to your doctor or dermatologist who will likely prescribe an antibiotic.

In the mean time, I would just use an antiobiotic cream, not ointment b/c it will only aggravate it. Quit using the alcohol & diaper rash cream.

I'm 99% it's not an STD.

how about go to your doctor and get checked out.

You need to go to a doctor. You can get checked for STDs at your local health unit for free just in case your partner has been cheating and he spread something to you...I hope not, but it is always possible. It isn't pimples though, that is for sure.

Have you been waxed there? Could be ingrowing hairs if you have

It could be an std so go get checked out. It doesn't matter that you have had any new partners recently because you could've got an std from a previous partner and it's just now showing itself. That's how they work. If it is an std, it's most likely herpes and they can give you an antibiotic that will take care of your current outbreak. Chances are you will have other outbreaks but again, you can treat them with antibiotics. In the meantime (whether it's an std or not) don't have sex with anybody because if it is, it's very contagious. Good luck and go to the doctor!
