Is taking a bath healthy? If so, how exactly?!

it can also be harm full to SOME people , especially if you use bubble bath , often in children it causes urinary tract infections.

Yes. However, taking baths too often can irrate your vaginal area. The soaps, and bubble baths, baths suds and salts all attribute to this. But if it is just once in awhile they are relaxing and promote good hygiene.

its relaxing, stress relieving, but make sure you take a shower when your done, because bathing doesn't wash you, it just lets you sit there in your own filth, all ur dead skin cells, dirt, sweat....yea so just shower urself after rinse all that icky stuff off...other than that, its good for you, it relieves stress, and the less stress you have the less likely you are to get sick.
