When I was 12, the summer before grade 7. My stomach was hurting a lot and I thought I was going to die. My first time it didn't bleed very heavy so I got the thin pads. I didn't get my period for three months after that. When school started I wore a pad everyday. Now I don't wear a pad everyday but I'm wearing one right now. I think you can guess why.

i spent summers with my dad out here in groton. the night after i flew out for summer vacation i woke up in a pool of blood, panicked at the stained sheets and my fourteen year old self gathered my thoughts, stripped the bed, threw them in a cold wash, went downstairs and was like "oh hey, i'm menstruating, i'm washing the sheets, is that cool?" i then put on my tie dyed tshirt and denim shortalls (yeah i remember what i was wearing), laid in the hammock and read all afternoon. somewhere in there was an awkward conversation with my relatively new step mom.
i can't believe i was collected enough to clean up after myself, at fourteen. not that i'm having any more kids but if my water ever breaks in public, i can definitely see myself trying to clean it up too.
I was 11 and it was a complete shock! i didn't really understand them for a fair while afterwards!

my first period was at age 11. I got it the summer before 6th grade it was 2 months before school and I counted the days and I was gonna have my period on the first day of school (at a new school too) That sucked lol
13. Some babies girls have them (true) and some girls do not start until they are 19 or so especially if they are involved in a lot of sport.
I havent had mine yet, but my doctor says ill probly get it when I am 13 (im so glad I am only 11)
Beginning of 7th grade so I was just barely 13

when i was 12 the worst part is i got it when i went camping and there was a pool and i desperatly wanted to swim but i only had pads

I was 11 it sucked i was the first out of everyone i know and i was staying with my dad

15 and 4 months. i'm now 16 and have been regular since i started

not yet and it sux cuz all my friends have it!!
when that time of month comes round they're always complaining
"oh my cramps kill me"
"im too scared too use tampons pads feel like diapers"
"i cant control my cravings
"im worried everyone will know"
and all my friends gather in a circle and complain and leave me out cuz i havent gottn it
and it sucks sooo freakin badly!!!!!!
