Hi,

For stress management love yourself, Think positive. Take small steps consistently and you will find your lifestyle changing to meet up with your heart's desires!

Wow!!! You really need to sit your mom and dad down and explain everything to them - how you are feeling, about the headaches, the tiredness, the friend situation etc. Let them know that you don't want to let them down or quit all together but just that you need a break for a bit. Maybe take 3-4 days off, maybe see a doctor for a check-up. Since you started your period this year, that time of the month can be very draining of energy for some girls, so maybe you need to start taking a multi-vitamin or some type of supplement. Please talk to them. Sometimes things are so hectic and busy that parents miss the obvious! I'm a parent of two teen girls and we all have busy schedules....it can happen and you don't even realize it. Talk, you'll feel better. Good luck :)

It's part of being a teenager too. I know it probably sounds cliche and annoying to hear that but I remember those days!! If your friend is always putting you down it's probably b/c she has no self esteem and it makes her feel better. (Find a new one). Try talking to your parents about it and see what suggestions they have. :)

Miss Jilly,

Tell me one thing dear... are you open to ur parents?...if yes then don't worry !!! Sit with them, talk very freely....& tell them abt ur problem- that u need to take rest for few days, surely they will listen to you.

One more thing dear, dnt bother about ur friend... just leave her alone and continue your own work. Try to avoid her and make new friends. one fine day she will only come to know that shez missing / missed her good friend.

Hope u'll will recover soon from ur headache.

Takecare!!! and All the best!!! :)
