If condoms have spermicide, then why does pregnancy happen sometimes?!

Question: Because the sperm can get past the spermicide if the condom fails and ejaculation occurs. There may not be enough spermicide present to kill all the sperm.

Ever see the act where a guy on a motorcycle comes flying through a wall of flames? It's like that. Momentum gets him past the flames safely.

because of inproper use!

not all condoms have spermicide

depending on the vigourousness of it

1st not all condoms have this, you have to buy the ones with the spermicide on them. The box will tell you if it does or does not.
2nd no protection is 100% including birth control.

Didn't you know that there is not a 100% garantee with ANY form of birth control? And on the package those things come in, I bet they don't say that the spermicide kills 100% of them. If you are worried, use two forms of protection.

when a guy orgasms, tens of millions of sperm are released. It's not easy to stop them all!
