Yes, it could. The average is about 28 days or so, but it just depends on the woman.
There's really no way to avoid PMS. You can lesson it taking BC, but other then that, there's no way to avoid it.
..And i've never known a guy to think of PMS as a turn on...
It depends on the woman. Some people have very irregular periods and others have a cycle between 23 and 29 days. A twenty-six day period is pretty normal. I avoid PMS by exercising and drinking a lot of water in the week right before my period. I also find that ginger tea helps me to avoid stomach pain. I don't know if that helps.
yes you can get your period every 26 days but there's no way to stop pms...if there was we'd all be doing it.
usually its between 26 and 28 but every woman is different. there are a few things to help avoid those cramps and mood swings. make sure your drinking a lot of water (this helps w/ the cycle 'flow' and its easier to get it out when your well hydrated) also exersise makes that time of them month not as bad. i've read this and heard if from doctors. i was also a cross country runner in high school and during the cross country season where i was running everyday i had virtually no cramps or moodieness during my period. just work out 3-4 times a week and try drinking more water. it cant be just the week b4 or the week of your period, it has to be something that is constant. something else that causes PMS symptoms is irregular diet, eating junk food, stress, or if you have moved recently or have had a major change in your life. but it you had the last 2 it should stable out as long as its constant. just try the eating right, exersise, and increase in wather. and to help w/ the cold, take some vitamen C and wash your hands all the time. good luck!
