I agree with Angelcakes. You need to talk to him and tell him what you want. Sex is all about satisfaction and communication. That sounds really cool though. Hmmm...maybe you can even suggest that he goes down on you; you'll get some good vibrations then!
I think you should ask him. Most men seem to be okay with it. But some men don't like the vibrations... too intense for them. Others seem to enjoy seeing a woman pleasure herself either as part of foreplay, or during the act itself.
He would be an idiot if he didn't do this.
